Students in Years 7 and 9 participate in the annual NAPLAN tests in writing, reading, conventions of language (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and numeracy. For more information please see previous email sent 25 March 2022.

Students will make their own way to the Crystalbrook resort Byron@Byron to complete fieldwork on a local enterprise related to the economic activity they are currently studying. The fieldwork will be invaluable support for their HSC exam as it forms the case study they will be referring to in their exam. Students to wear school uniform.

Open to all current Year 6 students. An opporunity to participate in a variety of activities and meet Year 10 mentors, Teachers and other Year 6 students. Time: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm Lunch: we will be providing a BBQ lunch Bring: money for the canteen own lunch or if desired Wear: students are asked to please wear their primary school uniform On the day students will attend four sessions each providing them an insight into life at high school. This day is part of our Transition Program into high school for Year 6 students and we look forward to meeting their smiling faces!
