My child has messaged me that they are sick. What do I do?

Students should be encouraged by parents to follow our school procedures by advising their teacher they are unwell and attending sick bay.
What should I do if my child is absent from school?
Wait and reply to the text message sent by the school late morning.
Your message goes directly into our Attendance system.

How do I make a payment to the school?
When payments are required you will be sent an email containing an easy online payment link.
(For sporting events and excursions you will also need to give online consent).
Payments can be made with cash, cheque or card at the front office after online consent has been given.
Phone payments are no longer possible.

What if I need to collect my child from school early?
Send your child to school with a note to hand to the Deputy Principal before 9am.
The Deputy Principal will sign it and the office will issue a leave pass.
If there is an unforeseen appointment and you have been unable to send a note at the beginning of the day then you are required to please come to the front office to collect your child. This process can take up to 15 minutes so please allow yourself plenty of time.

Does online payment secure a place on my child's excursion?
No. Your child's place on the excursion is secured when online permission has been given and payment received.

In the subject line type 'Attention' with the teachers name and it will be forwarded promptly to the teacher.
